Founded in 1979, Pacific Union Marketing Company became a new division of Pacific Union. The company was restructured in 1997 and renamed Pacific Marketing Associates.

In 2003 Lehman Brothers awarded Pacific Marketing Associates the contract to market and sell DeSilva Island. In less than a year, our team of experienced professionals successfully sold the 62 condominiums and 2 estate homes.

Hans Treuenfels, Principal, Director of Sales
Hans oversees implementation of all sales activities at PMA. With his team of experienced sales managers, he has maintained an exceptional sell-out record for PMA clients. Hans joined PMA in 1994, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in the sales and marketing of multi-family residential and resort housing. He has participated in the development and sales of condominiums in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as in Lake Tahoe, Los Angeles and Utah .
